1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of autism and ADHD assessment, Support, Consultancy and Entrepreneur services by KADS (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”).
By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Scope of Service
KADS provides bespoke neurodevelopmental assessments, strategic advisory, and aftercare for high-profile individuals and families. Services are delivered in person or virtually, depending on clinical and suitability and client preference.
3. Fees and Payments
• Fee Structure: All services are subject to a fixed initial fee and or bespoke quotation, confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted Methods: We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, o approved invoicing arrangements.
• Late Payment: Overdue balances may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once the assessment process has commenced, except in cases of clinical unsuitability or service failure on our part. Fixed Initial fees are nonrefundable.
We provide an investment back guarantee for our entrepreneur support programmes, subject to the prerequisites and terms have been met.
4. Cancelling and Rescheduling
• Client-Initiated: Cancellations made with more than 5 working days’ notice may be rescheduled once without penalty.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 5 working days of the scheduled assessment may incur a 50% fee.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a cancellation and charged in full.
• KADS-Initiated: We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service if clinically inappropriate or reputationally unsafe.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: If there is an unforeseen circumstance (for example, government restrictions, team sickness/ client sickness) and notice at the earliest opportunity is provide then a rescheduling of appointment will take place at no charge to either party.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, UK GDPR, and the Health and Care Act 2022.
We offer pseudonym-based engagement for clients requiring additional discretion.
We will never disclose your identity, clinical data, or engagement with KADS without
your explicit written consent, unless required by law, for example safeguarding concern.
6. Clinical Limitations
KADS assessments are conducted by suitably qualified professionals and are intended to inform diagnosis and support planning.
We do not provide emergency mental health services. If you require urgent support, please contact 111 or 999.
Recommendations are based on the information provided and clinical presentation at the time of input.
We cannot offer a second opinion on diagnostic outcomes, however if you wish to obtain a second opinion elsewhere, we will of course support access to records as
required and clinically appropriate. *Note some of the tools we used are licensed and can only be accessed by professionals with the qualifications for the tool. Proof of
qualification will be required to release.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these terms’ limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
8. Reputation Protection
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if we believe it may pose a reputational risk to the client, KADS, or associated professionals.
All parties agree to act in good faith and with mutual respect throughout the engagement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
